FAQ – Ellison Made


When will my item(s) arrive?
We thank you for supporting our small business. All of our products typically ship within 10 business days, some sooner, with the exception of our handmade line of wood framed signs. Since we make these by hand out of our home studio, they can take a bit longer at around 14 days average, depending on the season. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and when your order has shipped, you will be provided a tracking number. 

Can I return/exchange an item?
We want you to love your product! Please make sure to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing. If you are unsatisifed and wish to return an item, please use the contact form to fill out your information and in the message portion, include the item(s) you wish to return as well as your order number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. If your item arrives damaged, please take a few photos of the damage and use the same contact form to let us know and we will either send a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. 

Do you do custom orders?
We are not currently accepting custom orders - sorry for any inconvenience. 

Do you offer wholesale to retailers?
Because we are a small business, we love to support other small businesses, but we have to be selective in our retailer process to make sure we are providing excellent service to our retailers. If you are an independent brick & mortar retailer (no e-commerce/online storefronts) and wish to have our products in your store, please fill out the contact form and we will be in touch with you. Please note - the only items we wholesale are our line of handmade goods, which is delineated at the bottom of each item description if it is an Ellison Made original design. 

Do you accept wholesale orders for your online store?
If you are an independent maker/artisan, we enjoy supporting other small businesses by bringing high quality home decor products to our customers. If you feel like your product is a good fit for our store, feel free to contact us and let us know more!

Do you drop ship items?
We do not currently drop ship. Although it is extremely convenient as a business owner to drop ship (meaning you order from us and another company sends you the product), we run our entire business out of our smoke-free, pet-free home office so that means we see and package every item ourselves to ensure you receive the correct product. This is also another reason why shipping can take up to 10 days (though usually sooner for in-stock items).
